Coconut Yoghurt with Granola and Fruit

It’s quick, easy and it can be dressed up in loads of different ways. Simply pop some coconut yoghurt (or whatever your favourite vegan yoghurt) in a bowl and top with granola and fruit! You could even add chia seeds, coconut shavings or vegan chocolate chips if you’d like.

Smoothie bowls are probably all over your Instagram feed. Just like yoghurt and granola, smoothie bowls can be dressed up in tonnes of different ways, with different toppings and ingredients.
